MY STORY
My passion for fitness started young through football and track before progressing into the gym. After playing football at a fairly high level, my focus shifted towards bodybuilding, where I developed a deeper understanding of training, nutrition and physique development.
That journey led me into competing and coaching others. Today, I work with people of all fitness levels — from beginners who need structure and confidence to experienced trainees who want to push their results further.
